The 10Kin1day dataset is an open dataset with over 8,000 individual connectome maps.
During the 10Kin1day event, 50 participants from 40 different neuroimaging groups gathered in Utrecht to analyze their MRI data. In line with the collaborative nature of the event, the 10K group discussed the idea of making connectome maps available to the scientific community. The resulting open dataset includes over 8,000+ connectome maps across an age range of 0 - 85 years, all with five different edge weights (number of traced streamlines (NOS), streamline density (SD), fiber length, fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD)) at three parcellation resolutions (80+ cortical and subcortical regions, 100+ and 200+ cortical regions, see methods for details).
All datasets are anonymous and blinded for participation site.
Further information on the dataset is described in the accompanying paper
