My name is Dirk Jan Ardesch and I recently joined the Dutch Connectome lab. During my bachelor study in Liberal Arts and Sciences I discovered the immensely complex and exciting world of cognitive science, and decided to dive into experimental neuroscience during my master in Neuroscience and Cognition. During two research projects in Utrecht and Vancouver, Canada, I focused on brain stimulation and imaging in the context of stroke. Now, I am very excited learn about the brain as a complex network using the tools of connectomics!
